SeniorDent Cares Foundation is a 501(C)(3) Not-For-Profit organization providing dental care to eligible residents of Long Term Care Facilities who are in financial need through a voucher program.

How it works

SeniorDent Care Foundation vouchers are only valid for use through registered online dentists at SeniorDent.Org.

Registered dentists will require a $10 co-pay and the voucher issued by SeniorDent Care Foundation. There is no additional payment required.

Before ordering a voucher, recipients must have their Long Term Care Facility apply to be an Agency Representative for the Foundation.

Individuals cannot apply for themselves. The online application is only accessible to Long Term Care Facilities who are approved representatives and apply on their resident’s behalf.

Your agency representative will receive a voucher number via email on your behalf at which time you can schedule dental care through a SeniorDent Cares Foundation registered dentist.

Vouchers are good for three months from the date of issue. If the voucher is not used before the expiration date, you will have to apply for another voucher.
